CONTRACT WORKER

On contract working with Morehead State University's education department. Working with Wordpress to update and create new pages to their website. Also incorporating HTML and CSS elements to help create designs for the pages. Used Illustrator to create some of the graphics for their website.
MARKETING GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Take orders over the phone and online for the many different products that My Campaign Store offers. Use the Adobe programs Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat to fix customer artworks that are sent in. Use other programs such as Quickbooks to make quote, purchase orders and Invoices. While using Constant Contact to send out marketing materials to newly registered politicians about our products and deals going on.
CATERING WORKER
Feb. 2022-May 2023
Worked at Salsaritas Fresh Mexican Grill in the catering department. Took customers' phone orders and used a mixture of both Google and Microsoft programs to keep track of their orders. Recreated many of their outdated documents to make the department run more efficiently. Created an interactive order sheet on Google Sheets, allowing the kitchen and the drivers to make sure they have anything. Helped teach/train many of my coworkers how the catering department is run after they joined the team.

Taught grades K-2nd on Ipads; taught grades 3rd-8th on Chromebooks. My classes were designed around different free online art programs, that were similar to Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and then utilizing different functions of the Google suite programs. Some projects included designing a seal of their favorite sports team, designing their own products and pitching them to the class like Shark Tank, and 3D designing a keychain on Tinkercad.

Work as an assistant at Pitt and Emison law firm. Helping them scan their client's folders and digitizing them making it easier for them to access. After files are scanned they are organized into folders for the clients in a shared drive. Create letters that will be sent out to their clients after everything is done.
VIRTUAL CHURCH TECHNICIAN

Worked with the Catholic Church of St. Michaels during the Covid pandemic to help live stream their Masses. To stream a Tricaster was used to link their cameras and their YouTube channel to live stream their Masses, for those who couldn't make it in person. Learned various camera techniques, setting the four different cameras up before changing, zooming in and out, as well as fading in and out.

Freelanced with St. Michael's Church. Creating a blood drive poster with their upcoming dates, for their Church Bulletin. Used Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create the poster.

Freelanced with I9 Sports, and worked with them on one of their Winter promotions. While working with them they had me create designs that were different from their last promotions, working in the program Constant Contact. Constant Contact is a program that you can work in that allows companies to create promotions and mass send them out to their target people. While working with their old promotions, I noticed that they hadn't fixed their promotions to fit on both desktop and mobile. So when coming up with my design I tried to make a design that would fit on both.
GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN
2018-2019
Interned with the company Protegis, formally ISA, while they were going through a rebranding process, helped me learn problem-solving. Redesigned their old documents, plus other design tasks,and it didn’t always go as planned. Many times their old documents were in the wrong format, and I would end up fixing them and making changes until it was the way that Protegis wanted.
PRODUCE CLERK

Stocked produce in various bins and shelves around the store and in the produce department. Worked in any other department that needed workers, as well as helping any shoppers that were looking for an item in a different part of the store. Learned customer service procedures, organization, time management, and problem solving.
