CONTRACT WORKER

  • Working with the staff at Morehead University’s education department to update their website. 

  • Using Wordpress to update and create new pages for their website. 

  • Incorporating HTML and CSS coding into Wordpress to create the new designed webpages.  

  • Using Illustrator to create artwork for the new webpages. 

MARKETING GRAPHIC DESIGNER

  • Take orders over the phone for the many products that My Campaign Store offers. 

  • Receives customer artwork and changes it to the right dimensions and file type before sending it over to our partnered printers. 

  •  Create quotes, purchase orders, and invoices through Quickbooks that we will send to the customer and our partnered printers. 

  • Worked on the back side of the website making any changes that needed to be made to our products.

  • Created different promotional materials on Adobe Illustrator for Constant Contact and our website to let the newly registered politicians know about our products and special deals going on.  

SALSARITAS CATERING

  • Worked in Salsaritas catering department taking the catering order from customers.

  • We used programs like Google Forms, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel to help us with our orders.  

  • Made the dry setups and food preparations for the next day to make it easier for the drivers in the morning. 

  • We would also be sent out on deliveries if they needed drivers for the day or if there was a problem with the customers' order. 

  • Promoted to catering client supervisor. In charge of reaching out to present, future and past client's about ordering with us. 

SUBSTITUTE TECHNOLOGY TEACHER

Substitute Technology Teacher: â€‹

  • Taught grades K-2 on iPads; taught grades 3-8 on Chromebooks.  

  • Classes were designed around different free online art programs. 

  • Would tie in a different function of one of the different Google suite programs. 

  • Projects include: creating a seal for their favorite sports team, creating a product and pitching it to the class like Shark Tank, and creating 3d keychain models using Tinkercad.

Regular Substitute Teacher: 

  • Subbed for any classes K-8th in any area that they needed help in.

  • Helped create makeshift lesson plans in emergency situations.  

ASSISTANT AT PITT AND EMISON

  • Works under 3 attorneys to scan their paper files and digitize them. 

  • After the files are scanned, the files are moved to the client's online folders. 

  • Create letters that will be sent to their clients after everything is done.

SAINT MICHAEL CHURCH, TAYLORSVILLE ROAD, LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY

Freelance Designer:

  • Created blood drive posters to go into their church bulletins.

  • Started off by creating 5 different posters.  I would send my drafts to the church's parish office, and they would edit them and forward back to me what was working and what needed to be fixed.

  • Taking all of the elements that they liked from the first 5 posters, then I added them together to get the

    final piece.

  • This process took a week to finish.

Virtual Church Technician:

  • Work at the Church during the Covid pandemic to help live stream their masses, using a Tricaster, to their YoutTube channel. 

  • Learned various camera techniques, setting the four different cameras up before changing, zooming in and out, as well as fading in and out.  

I9 SPORTS

  • Freelanced for the company I9 Sports. 

  • Worked with them to create a winter promotion that they could send out. 

  • Worked in the email marketing program Constant Contact.

  • Created four different designs to help with their promotions, making them accessible for both desktop and mobile. 

  • Took two days to finish the work. 


PROTEGIS (FORMALLY ISA), LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY

  • Worked with their marketing department to update their forms such as; tags, purchase orders, and internal documents, with their new logo and name. 

  • Organized their computers file system so they would be able to find what they needed faster. 

  • Retrieved logos for partners companies/brands, and saved them all in an organized file. 

PRODUCE CLERK

  • Stocked produce in various bins and shelves around the store and in the produce department. 

  • Also helped customers find anything from produce or another department. 

  • Learned customer service procedures, organization, time management, and problem-solving.
